I requested a withdrawal for £1192 last wednesday 7 business days ago.

I have contacted support multiple times askin has it past inspection stage yet and all they say is it is pending processing, then the chat gets closed off! 

I am a new customer and feel like I am not going to receive my winnings. My account was fully verified on the day I made withdrawal and I am still sat waiting.

Hi DANIELLE904 & Ask Gamblers,

Kindly note that on our system we do not have a Sloty account registered with the details which were provided. The only account which we could find is with the details provided is on one of our Sister Casinos (Casino Gods) and there is no pending Withdrawals on account.

Can you Kindly confirm if indeed the Complaint was meant for us and not a different casino please.
