i requested withdrawal via trustly direct to my bank via faster payment,the same way I deposited.these were made on the 29th nov.i also sent my verification documents.i received an email on the 1 dec asking for a smaller file size for my bank statement,these were approved the same day.my withdrawals are still pending and after contacting live chat twice they said they were undergoing checks and no timescale could be set.im aware of the gambling commission guidelines on withdrawals being prompt.its now been 10 days since my request with no contact from the casino other than what I have instigated.this is the longest in 18 years ive had to wait for a supposedly instant bank transfer.ive had quicker withdrawals via check and bank clearance in the olden days?! if you sign up to a casino and get lucky why are you treated as suspicious? all rules set down by the casino have been followed.And yes if they do have to check though £10,000 of gameplay they could at least have the staff to do it promptly.

Theres 3 pending , two for £900 each and one for £495 totaling £2295

Thankyou but thats about as much as i got from live chat. Surely you should look at the case before you reply as to why the casino refuses to process MY money to my bank, no reason , no timescale!
