Withdrawal still pending after 10 days
I submitted a withdrawal of £375 on the 27th of May. I had received a £7.50 welcome bonus when I deposited and I played through the wagering requirements.
I read the T&Cs and only played on two different slots, never going anywhere near the maximum bet. I contacted them multiple times to ask what is going on and they said apologies and they would ask the security team to give me an update. Nothing so far.
I contacted them again two days ago and their response was:
At this time your account is on a random but increased security check. this meaning it will slow down your withdrawal at this time until the checks have been made. This does mean at this time also our customer support team do not have access to your account.
I submitted a separate withdrawal on the 30th of May of £650 which was processed within their 48 hour time and I've received those funds, so seems odd.
I get that they need to go through gameplay etc. when a bonus is used, but 10 days?
Any help would be appreciated.
