Crazy Spins Casino - Withdrawal and enquiries ignored

I requested a withdrawal on the 28th May. Spoke to online help and submitted my documents on the website and by email. Online help confirmed they had been received. No response, acknowledgment has been recevied. Have emailed the manager, the site several times but no response. The online help has been inactive for 2 weeks. I have tried morning, afternoon and evening. It is a substantial amount to me of £1500 and am really upset. I play on many sites and have never been ignored like this.

Hi just to let you know that I have not heard from Crazy Spins, they are no longer sending me their promotional e-mails and my issue is not resolved. I have tried to use their Live Chat and it is still not open.
