Hello, A couple of days ago i signed up at Crazy spins Casino because of their welcome bonus being very attractive (200%). I went ahead and deposited 15€, the deposition went perfectly fine, however i was never given the welcome bonus - i looked everywhere on the site to see if there was some sort of Opt-in button, which there was not. I then tried to contact Live-chat to see that it was offline, so i've sent 2 emails 2-3 days apart with zero response to where my bonus was. Yes, this is infact not alot of money we are talking about, however i think that i am still entitled to this bonus. Hi, I have a problem with this site, I deposited 220£ and won 370£ and I made a withdraw. I have uploaded documents to the site and I don't know the status there. I requested a withdrawal on the 28th May. Spoke to online help and submitted my documents on the website and by email. Online help confirmed they had been received.
