Bonus not credited as advertised, no response from support!

Hello, A couple of days ago i signed up at Crazy spins Casino because of their welcome bonus being very attractive (200%). I went ahead and deposited 15€, the deposition went perfectly fine, however i was never given the welcome bonus - i looked everywhere on the site to see if there was some sort of Opt-in button, which there was not. I then tried to contact Live-chat to see that it was offline, so i've sent 2 emails 2-3 days apart with zero response to where my bonus was. Yes, this is infact not alot of money we are talking about, however i think that i am still entitled to this bonus. I registered only for that sole reason and i would never have signed up if i knew that the bonus wouldnt be handed to me, especially since i regularly play on other sites with an hour of two withdrawal time. Hopefully this can be resolved in a peacefull manner, i only want what is rightfully mine. Regards

Hi, I have a problem with this site, I deposited 220£ and won 370£ and I made a withdraw. I have uploaded documents to the site and I don't know the status there. I have tried livechat, but they are not online, they are never online. I have tried for about 1 week and 2 days now. I have sent them several e-mails with no response. I have found the skype adress to the owner of the site, but he wont accept me. It seems like a huge scam site. With this I hope the casino will respond now.

I requested a withdrawal on the 28th May. Spoke to online help and submitted my documents on the website and by email. Online help confirmed they had been received. No response, acknowledgment has been recevied. Have emailed the manager, the site several times but no response. The online help has been inactive for 2 weeks. I have tried morning, afternoon and evening. It is a substantial amount to me of £1500 and am really upset. I play on many sites and have never been ignored like this.

I self-excluded from this casino some while ago. I am getting emails from them virtually every other day even though I have requested numerous times that they remove my email address from their mailing list due to the account being closed. I had the same problems when I mistakenly deposited 200 pounds instead of 25 pounds before, it took almost 2 weeks before they gave me it back and again I made the withdrawal request before playing, and speaking to the live help. Looking at some of the reviews on your site this is a major problem with this site, I have now emailed them asking them to close my account and put my winnings in my bank as per the tcs, and still getiting nowhere, I hope this time I have given you more information, I truly believe that everything I have done was done properly to allow me this withdrawal request.

I deposited £25 and won a big prize, over £200. It wouldn't let me withdraw saying I had to turn over 5£ which makes no sense but I assumed I had to wager a certain amount to make a withdrawal.
