I self-excluded from this casino some while ago. I am getting emails from them virtually every other day even though I have requested numerous times that they remove my email address from their mailing list due to the account being closed. Under the terms and conditions of the Gambling Commission's Licence they should not be sending me any marketing material and as they persistently ignore my messages and emails I don't know what to do to stop them harassing me. Please help!

Response to crazy spins casino.
Please get this sorted as soon as possible. I had an email Saturday and another this morning and it is really getting me down. The email address to be removed is trish5050@talktalk.net (the one registered to my self-excluded account). There is no link on any of the emails which will allow me to unsubscribe so I would really appreciate it if you would confirm to me that you have removed my address from your mailing list and confirm that there will be no more emails.
