Winnings keep going back on my players account and always want more personal information
On the 31/05/2019 I requested withdrawal of $4000. From my players account. After 7 days the withdrawal amount went back into my players account. When I contacted windward through the online help I was told to put in request again as first I was told that my details needed to be uploaded ( even though they have all this information already and when I looked at my profile all was up to date) then I was told that my information was good. Once again I am told whatever they want to say.
When I contacted them again today I was rudely told that I had to re-upload via email all of my personal details and that it takes 10 days now instead of 7.
This is now the third time in around 4 months that I have had the good fortune of getting a win but the very bad experience of getting my payment from this casino.
You would think that I would learn.
So I have resent all of my details to security@ windward as well as a complaint.

Windward is still not paying my payment to my account. Apparently no reason why as they never contacted me about any problems with my account. I have gone through all the verification details on my players account and it’s all green with no apparent problems.
Do I asked again and get no response. Not much is new there as they have not once replied to my emails. I have tried every avenue so what is the problem? It would also be great if they gave correct phone contact details as this number they give belongs to a gas company. All I want is my winnings of $4000.
Please just give me my money
