Please note that we have looked into it and the Rush Reel a Rolex Tournament was unfortunately still ongoing at the time your account has been closed (before the tournament ended). I am afraid that the system could not add a prize to the account due to the fact that it was not active, so the next qualifying contestant has received the pending prize.

In the event of the termination of a User’s Account, a User shall be permitted to withdraw any balances after deduction of withdrawal fees and bonus balances.
According to the above rule, all cash balances available on the account at the time of the closure have been paid in full.
