On the 2nd of August 2018, I made a deposit of R12000 into winward casino with Bitcoin, before the deposit reflected in my casino account my account became disabled.
I spoke to their live chat support and was told to contact the security department via email to solve this issue.
It has been approximately 2 days now and have since received no response from their security team regarding my deposit.
