Noxwin Casino - Winnings void due to previous self exclusion with another casino

ok so I contacted nox casino live chat and asked if I had any accounts with them that had been closed or excluded before I reg and open an account, I was told I do not and am free to join up and play, I always check this as I have had many accounts with different casinos, some of which I have closed or self excluded from.
so all good ,deposited £300 to play
got a good start from playing machines etc,didnt take any bonus. got my balance up to about a grand and started to lose so stopped playing at £700,00 and made a withdraw.
got the usual request for documents proof which I now keep on my pc for ease ) so sent them of and they where all approved with no problem

my withdraw was showing as going through with no problem,

logged on the next day 31/07/2015 and found my account to be blocked,contacted live help and was told that I has self excluded from one of there other casinos and in that case could not play at noxwin casino,so all my winnings would be taken and my deposit refunded (have not had that yet as its been only 2 days)

feel cheated as I made the point of contacting them in the first place to see if I would have any problem playing there.

please help me sort this out

sorry I just noticed I made a mistake on the date I put on the original complaint

it should read ( I logged on the next day 31/07/2015 to find my account blocked)

well just checked my bank and the £700.00 has been paid.

don't think it was due to this complaint as the money was credited Monday

so I will close this now
