Waiting over a month for redemption still no progress

I made a redemption for $350 July 8th after being told redemptions could take up to 14 business days. I waited 14 business days and they said they escalated the matter to a manager and I still didn’t hear anything for two days. I asked about it again and I said they let me know when they heard from the redemption team. I got frustrated canceled it played 50 of it back and then I made another redemption for $300 August 5th and they are still giving me the same runaround telling me they will let me know when they hear something from the redemption team, but I’ve emailed them almost every day on my support and they tell me the same thing every day just don’t know what to do. It’s just really frustrating. Trust them enough to send the money thinking I was if I was lucky enough to win I could actually receive but it’s not looking like that’s the way it is.
