I've been writing back and forth, I keep getting the same line "it's still under review".

At first, it was 3-5 business days over and over again. Today marks a month.

I've been trying to get my redemption since 7/29/25. Each time I asked, my question didn't get answered. Instead, they assured me it's still under review.
