Been waiting since 5/10/25 with no updates from support.
They keep telling me they will update me if anything comes up.
All they do is give me the same generic responses and I’m tired of it.
I play many other social casinos and this has been the worst experience I ever had with redeeming.
They are quick to take your money but when it time to pay up it’s an issue. This feels so scammy to me.
