22 Jul 2025 – On attempting to log in I discovered my account had been locked. I immediately opened a support ticket via the Jackpota website.

22 Jul 2025 – Jackpota support replied by email confirming the account closure but gave no explanation or timeframe for investigation.

22 Jul & 23 Jul 2025 – I sent two follow-up emails requesting an update. Both remain unanswered. My account is still locked and the withdrawal has not been processed.
