I did deposit 02.11.2017 to the www.sloty.com. Amount was 25€ and it didnt came to my play account but it went away from my bank. so i contact with chat support and told them my story and everything. I even send them printscreen proof of my payment. so it must be okay? they should add it manually, right? im waiting almost 24h they "answer" of this issue. i dont have no answer and chat support even dont know anymore when the answer coming and when i get my money, Its getting so absurd because money what i deposit was only 25€. it doesnt matter what amount it is. Money is money and it was my money.
