I submitted my documents on April 6th a requested by Sloty casino. Almost 2 weeks later I was asked to submit one more document for bank account verification. It is now April 22 and I still have not had my documents verified or my pending withdrawal for $1500 processed. I've reached out to their support email numerous times as well as the live chat and tried calling them. The live chat and the email response are both automated and I just get the same message every time telling me my case will be dealt with as soon as possible. On their website it states that the longest it could take for document verification is 72 hours. It has now been 17 days. When I call I just get the same message saying they aren't available to answer the phone. What to do??
