On the 15/03/2019 i deposited 500 NOK on Sloty, with a 100% bonus so i could play for 1000 NOK. I started playing slots and won 1900 NOK and then the bonusmoney was done. So now i had 1900 NOK for free play, no bonus money. After that i won up to 5000 NOK. Then i played Black Jack and won up to 10 000 NOK. Few days later i canceled my withdrawal and withdrawed 9500 NOK. I then played slots and won up to 3-4 000 NOK. Since the casino have no functional transaction history i actually dont remember if it was 3-4 000 NOK. Then i won up to 21 000 NOK in total. Days has gone and now 10 days after they sent me an email and said I breached with one bet on 64 NOK one time. They sent me the wager sheet and yes it said that i had wagered 64 NOK. But when i check the sheet the balance and the wager but they said two different things. The balance said that the wager only was 6 NOK and the wager said of course -64 NOK. I can remember that this wasnt true that i have wagered 64 NOK. And they confiscated my money which was in total 21 000 NOK. It all seams rigged to me. I cant see the transaction history from this day.

Dear ADRIAN_NESSET,
Thank you for your patience whilst this was being checked.
The risk department have reviewed your case and confirm that the reason your bet was 64NOK on that round was due to an in-game gamble feature.
They are refunding the winnings back onto your gaming account now - so you will be able to log in and request a withdrawal of those in an hours time maximum.
I apologise for the inconvenience and am glad this has been resolved for you now :)
