Dear Ask Gambler,

I am having a problem with Sloty Casino. They have completely ignored all my correspondence, I sent my documents to them 5 weeks ago and have had no response!

I Deposited on 4 October 2019 and won £1,379 on the slots.

I sent all the documents requested by Sloty on 21 October 2019.

They responded to me on 29 October saying that they would respond in 48-27 hours. I am yet to have a response despite continually asking on Live chat and by email

This was their initial response:


We’ve received your document/s and case #02419887 has been assigned to you.

One of our verification team members will review your documents shortly.

Please note that this process can take from 48-72 hours from the moment we receive all your required documentation.

We don’t require anything further from you at this time, however, should this change we will let you know immediately.

Sloty have either forgotten about me or they are hoping that I give up on my money.

Thank you for your help Ask Gambler. I’ve attached a few documents for you.

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

I can see that your withdrawal has been correctly approved on the 3rd.
