Delayed payment of nearly 2 months
I made a withdrawal from Sloty Casino on the 17/08/2018. After providing all the requested documents I had a email on the 08/09/2018 saying my account was now full verified. After 10 days I was still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed, so I sent them an email politely asking when would it be processed. I was then emailed back on the 19/09/2018 asking for more documents, this time however it was a notarised copy of my I.D. This meant I had to seek out a official public notary, make a appointment and take my I.D and pay out of my own pocket for the certification of my I.D. I uploaded the notarised copy of my I.D on the 27/09/2018. which they have accepted. Yet I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed 11 days later. I have done everything the casino has asked for, this really is unacceptable from Sloty Casino.
