Delayed payment for over 2 weeks


I am waiting for a refund from Sloty. 2 weeks ago this was requested. I was sent the attached email advising it had been released on 3rd August but it still hasn't been sent despite being told it was released on 3rd. I was on live chat today and advised the refund had been escalated to management and id get a response shortly. I have had no response and am still waiting after 2 weeks. I am advised to send an email and each time I do I get ignored. This is my last resort to getting this resolved

Please be advised that your refund was processed yesterday from our side :)
I apologise about the confusion - the agent was mistaken as we had sent the funds to be processed on the third but that transaction was not completed then.
