I am submitting this complaint post communication and confirmation from AskGamblers support staff. I will be attaching email screenshot regarding same
Complaint:
I deposited 21,000 INR on 05-MAR-2021 to Sloty Casino using my card. Transaction when through but amount was not credited to my Sloty Casino account. Casino doesn't show transaction history wired. I contacted casino via email as they don't have live chat, use. bot support, they replied stating that money never reached them and asked me to wait 5 business days for refund to happen.
I followed the same, but my money hasn't been refunded. I have talked to my card company via call support, they said that transaction was success and is settled, same is shown in my card statement, transaction is settled. Sloty is doing nothing, they are repeating themselves that funds never reached them asked me to provide statement which I have already done. Kindly pick up my complaint as it will help me get my funds back.
