Noxwin Casino refusing to pay legitimate winnings


I opened an account with noxwin a couple of days ago. I depostied 4 times £50 per deposit. I was lucky enough to acrew winnings of £1300 over a day or so. I decideed to withdraw winnings. I was notified that they needed copy of documents to verify my account. These documents where emailled through and I waited. The next day I noticed they had refunded my deposits of £200 and closed my account. I received an email saying.

"We have received updates from our security department.
Please be informed that your deposit was refunded.

Best regards,
NOXWIN"

I replied asking for my winnings to be paid. I have had no explaination as to why winnings where not paid, and the fact my deposits where glady accepted I find it hard to believe that my winnings can be voided and account closed with no explaination. Please help

We have been provided with undisputed and valid evidence on behalf management of Noxwin casino regarding player's self exclusion from the casinos using Every Matrix platform. In addition player confirmed that his deposit had been refunded to him.

Thanks for not so prompt explaination. Your previous email was short and vague. I understand you stand by your rules but notice that in previous cases you havent been so strict. see below:

Playing fair goes both ways. If rules are rules then why pay out on above complaint and not mine? Both cases are identical except the winning amount. I wouldnt of intentionally signed up for a casino if I knew i wouldnt get paid out.

Thank you for email. Please note that explanation for your case was promptly provided via email. Please find our explanation again below.

You were previously registered in another casino using the EveryMatrix platform and UK gambling license, and you made self exclusion from that casino until 19/02/2020 00:00:00.

According to UKCG terms, you are not allowed to register or play at other casino under the same jurisdiction, until the self exclusion has ended, which is unfortunately selected for 5 years.

If you try to register, deposit, and play at any other casino from the same jurisdiction (as you did at Noxwin) , your account will be closed, the full deposit amount will be send back to your payment balance, and any pending bets and/or possible winnings, will be voided.

Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done about your case, and we strongly suggest that you avoid registering in the other UKCG casinos, because you will face pretty much the same results.
