Noxwin Casino - Stalling my €6000 payout

I ask 20-02-2016 for a payout (€6000), they told me by chat we will process it within 24 hours.
Today i go again to the chat and ask how about the withdraw, they told me by 6 o'clock it will be in my Skrill, again i go to the chat and they told me they can't send the money because the maximum is €2300/day.
Lol, why i can ask for a 6k payout and you don't tell me for 36 hours something about this maximum...

Now i ask for €2250 payout and also they don't pay me!

Please help me to resolve this complaint!

Thank you for your message. We checked your account, and we see that indeed, you made a withdrawal request on Saturday (20.02).
Please note however that you also made several rollbacks on the same and on the next days, and by Sunday evening (21.02) the entire account balance was spent by you.

Unfortunately at the moment there are no funds left at your account. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Because they don't send they money in 3 day's i lose all my money.
You can close this case as unresolved because in their t&c you can reed they pay within 24 hours, they don't do.

Unfortunately submitter's played all his winnings, therefore he doesn't have a valid claim anymore.
