Noxwin Casino doesn't pay winnings after wagered no-deposit bonus

I played with bonus-code NYX5 that gave me free fiver for new NYX-slots. I played and played, and managed to wager the bonus and after that my 300 eur balance dropped to 50 eur because max-cash out of 50 euros. I asked this from customer-support and it was okay for me:

At this point I had 50 euros on my account. I thought the bonus was over, right? I could either play more or withdraw my money, if I'm correct.

Then I went to withdraw 200 euros. http:/­/pu­u.s­h/m­7ff­x/5­920­b2e­330.png This is what happened. 150.11 eur was rejected because bonus-terms violation. I thought I was playing my own 50 euros after the bonus, not with bonus money. So.. wtf. There's 50 euros withdraw too.

After sending e-mail to [email protected] I woke up this morning and the 50 euros withdraw was completely disapperead from my account too. I didn't rollback it. It just disapperead.

I'm not going to touch any of noxwin's bonuses anymore if it's shady business like this. Obviously you can deposit lots of money to casinos but when it comes to withdrawals, they try to make it as hard as they can.

Update: 50 euros withdraw shows again in noxwin withdrawal page. I haven't received the withdraw yet but it say ENTERCASH and 50 euros withdraw is there. :)

Thank you for your question. We want to kindly remind you about our terms - the winnings of this promotion is limited to 50 EUR. This means that any amount up to 50 EUR is withdrawalble, and everything which exceeds that amount will be deducted.

This term applies applies only for the no deposit promotion of course. For any bets/spins placed with deposited money - there are no limits on the winnings.

As for your withdrawal, please note that 50 eur has been processed to you via Entercash on 27/12/2015 08:13:34
