Hi,
I started to play with this casino last saturday. I deposited 75 euro and received a 75 euro bonus. I played a little wild with 2,4 and even 10 euro's per spin. I managed to get more than 800 euro's and decided to withdraw. I forfilled the bonus rules. On sunday I saw that my winnings where confiscated and in my account was 75 euro, my original deposit. I thought I breached the bonusrules so I let it go. I played again with the 75 euro's and managed to get 849 euro's. Again I tried to withdraw and again it was confiscated and again there was 75 euro in my account. I tried it on the chat. They said yhet had send numerous emails. I didn,t get any, due to a faulty emailadress, I have corrected that. Ans also sais in the chat, please change my emailadress.

I breached the rules the first time I played, I admit thta, but the second time, I played with my own money. So I think I have a right to my winnings.

Hi.
In the meanwhile i have been contacted by Sloty and they admitted there decision was wrong so the money was put back in my account. I am now in the process of withdrawal. Will keep you informed.
