Delayed withdrawal for three months


Been waiting for a withdrawal of 10000 SEK since mid september now. I've sent several emails but it's always the same answer, technical issue, bit weird since many complaints have been resolved here during that time.
Now they've suspended players from certain countries and completely stop responding. They gave a heads up about the suspension and obliged to withdraw the funds, but I couldn't since the maximum amount the system allows is 10000 SEK, so I still have 64000 SEK on the account which I can't access.
I would like Betcart to withdraw my whole balance 64000 SEK and not just 10000, so we can resolve this once and for all.
