Hi.

Betcart didn't pay my withdrawal which is 590 millions IRR (Iranian Rial) (about 2200 US$).

After 2 weeks of requesting nothing happened, so I canceled my request and summited it again 10 days ago.


Betcart online support is telling me everyday that I need to wait for payment team and they gave the email of payment team to be in contact with them directly. I sent emails, but no answer.


I'm sending a screenshot from inventory and account, and the date of the requests when withdrawals were sent.


Please check my complaint.

Hi Betcart Casino team

I am waiting for about a month now. Tell me what is going on that it takes about a month and there is no bright answer and the reason of investigation still is not clear.

Betcart did not pay me about a month till now.

It seems Betcart team are trying to save time to give my winning money. I must be paid after 48 hours. Why they didny pay me till now and after about a month

How long do I have to wait, without any clear answer? I need to know the cause first. pleaee explain here.

So you must provide us a deadline. you can not investigate for ever. your team had enough time (a month till now) for investigation. please pay my withdraws.

First of all, your team is not clear. You know why?! No one answered my emails till now. I sent emails but no answer. Secondly, me ( or any other users ) have to know the reason of your investigation and delying of payment.
