Refusing to open my account, withholding my deposits

Hi , i've been playing in betcart casino about 2 years and they closed my account asking to pass kyc procedure , i gave them every documents they wanted but got no response from them about 2-3months , i also had nearly 1.4k USD in my account .

I had two deposits in amounts of 900 USD and 500 USD , both by perfectmoney payments system , i just want to withdraw my initial deposit and get out of their casino for good !

Please help me askgamblers

During the course of the complaints process it became clear that the player has registered multiple accounts at AskGamblers.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

No pay no respond

I played casino at Betcart. Fully verified account. Now I have balance of 3.1k EUR plus a withdrawal of 2.0k EUR pending for a long time - so I have a total of 5.1k EUR that I need to recover from them. (Screenshot attached, private)

Betcart ignore my emails and will not give me any information about my withdrawals - please help.

No payment after 3 weeks

Hi.

Betcart didn't pay my withdrawal which is 590 millions IRR (Iranian Rial) (about 2200 US$).

After 2 weeks of requesting nothing happened, so I canceled my request and summited it again 10 days ago.

Betcart online support is telling me everyday that I need to wait for payment team and they gave the email of payment team to be in contact with them directly. I sent emails, but no answer.

I'm sending a screenshot from inventory and account, and the date of the requests when withdrawals were sent.

Please check my complaint.

Casino refuse to pay my 2700USD

Ive been playing in betcart casino for nearly 1 month and there was no problem with small amount of withdrawals but when i deposited more than 2k USD and after playing i requested a withdraw 2700 usd they refused to pay .
I will attach the screenshot of my withdraw , you can see the status of withdraw is "Allowed" but not "Paid" since 12th October.

I also tried to contact with them (no online chats , just through email) they answered it will take time to investigate into this matter and they didnt even say how much time does it take !!!

Not paying my $4,600 withdrawal

Blocked my account, unable to withdraw the remaining balance

Betcart has blocked my account as they "stop providing service to accounts registered in your country temporarily" (Sweden). The mail had a friendly note that I can withdraw my funds, but considering that my account is blocked and they don't answer phone calls or mails it makes it impossible. I have tried off and on to get in touch with them for several months.

Account not accessible

I would like to access my account but I couldn't login and I still have money in my account. I tried talking to emailling them but they're responsed to me was in Arabic. I just want my money back including the ones with the open bets. my last complaint was rejected by askgamblers but betcart does not response to me unless I put out a complaint in here.

Account closed, 15,000 balance locked

Hi guys, I used to play on betcart. In December they closed all acounts for region. As I wanted to withdraw my money (about 15k), I got no replies and if I get one, it‘s only some kind of an excuse. Now I don‘t even have access to my account! I really need my money! Please help me out in someway!!! I don‘t care how I get my money (bank transfer, skrill...)!

played on betcart, and made a request for payout on the mid of September. the amount is 52908,94. I have no access anymore to the account, because at the beginning of December they were writing me, that they close all Austrian accounts, because they don't offer service anymore in Austria. What did they say about my withdrawal? Excuses all the time. (we assure that your balance is safe, we need more time blablablaba). Last Message was on the end of december. Nothing more except the message on 3th of December, where they told me that Austrians are not allowed anymore. They told me numerous times that the financial department taking care of it and resume to me shortly. Never saw an euro of this money. Please help me, dunno what to do anymore.

I can't even attach files, because I have no access anymore to my account.... Its a shame. The E-mails I can forward too you, if you want.

No access to my account & no chance to withdraw my balance

Hello, betcart stopped providing services to accounts registered in Austria in December. No problem, but unfortunately betcart also locked all existing accounts so its impossible to make any payouts. My balance should be around 2k, can´t tell the exakt amount as mentioned above I have no access to my account anymore. Betcart mail customer service is answering, but very slow about every two weeks and with no relevant informations, just the common excuses. As it is not possible any more to play at betcart from Austria, I would like to gain access to my account as soon as possible and withdraw the whole balance. Appreciate your assistance @betcart customer service

No payout since November after winning €53,000

Hi, I just wanted to inform you that Betcart Casino doesn't pay me out since my first request at the beginning of November (over 53.000€!!!!!!)! It's unbelieveable, they don't answer my mails or they answer 2-3 weeks later, they locked my account and so on. I'm not able to do anything about my money, that's really horrible. I got an answer in the middle of November, that they can't withdraw my casino-winnings, cause there is a 2000€-limit per week. I'm really upset and there is nothing to do about it. Please be so kind and help me out, I can send you screenshots of my mailing-history (I wrote 20-30 mails by now). Thanks in advance, Wolfgang
