Delayed withdrawal


I submitted verification documents on Friday 11 August afternoon and made 2 withdrawals afterwards that same day. The following Monday afternoon I was informed the verification of documents was done and everything was found to be in order so the withdrawal procedure can continue. Today Wednesday 16 August the withdrawals are still pending even though I was told by the help desk that the withdrawal will be processed shortly.

Withdrawal reached the Bank today 20th August 2017.
The complete withdrawal process took 9 days to be completed as it was started on 11th August 2017.
