Hi,

Long story short, because my bad english. 2 weeks ago i made a account on Sloty casino, beat the wager and complete my documents, and made a cashout.
Last week i was lucky againg, i made some money on Sloty casino, but the cashout is peding more then 96 hours.

When i ask livechat, the only thing they say,

We check your account, and we will inform you by email.

Please give me some more information Sloty casino

Can you please confirm if the withdrawals in question have been canceled and played through? Please keep in mind that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.

The complaint is being rejected due to submitter's inactivity and the case is now officially closed.
