Not processing my payment after waiting over 2 months


Hello there,

It has been over 3 months now since I requested for a withdrawal (slightly over 2000Euro). After numerous verifications, they finally confirmed that my account has been successfully verified and my payment should be processed soon. Its been 2 months and I still haven't received the payment. Despite numerous requests, there has been no progress. My account has been locked today for whatever reason and I can no longer access it. Ticket #13507. Please help.

We have contacted the user and asked to confirm both his IBAN and BIC codes mentioned in the document that he provided. As all the details were correct we can assure that there is no issue from our side, funds were transferred and must be available on players account.

We asked the user to check his transactions with his bank and inform us on the result.

Currently we are waiting for a reply from the user.
