Okay here is the problem. I made a deposit at betcart for a few mounts ago. It looked like a really good site. I was really lucky winning in casino and live betting and turned that money to around 8000-9000$.
The 19th October I made my first withdraw request. The problem was that the maximum amount withdraw was 1000$ But I wanted to withdraw a lot more. My account was fully verified and I had send them papers of everything they wanted, even done some telephone verification.
I waited and waited for the money but nothing happened. I tried to contact them on mail, facebook, Twitter but no answer. The last day I heard from them was 10 days ago and I have sent them 15 emails after that but no answer. They certainly don’t answer in 48 hours as they say they should.
So here I stand now. Betcart are not answering me and they’re not giving my money. I don’t feel that my money are safe there so I want to make a bigger withdraw then 1000$.
