Delayed payments and no access to account


I've been a Betcart customer. I don't have access to my account anymore because Betcart doesn't provide services to the people from my country any longer.
My account was fully verified before first withdrawal from July. I was paid in Spetember. I thought the withdrawal problems were over so 13.10.2017 I requested next withdrawal : 950 E . I've sent many emails to Betcart support but the last answer was from 29.11.2017. As I have mentioned they closed my account in December because of country restriction.

I attach a screenshot from my Betcart account from 4th of December as a proof my claim.

I would like to make a request for withdrawal the whole Betcart balance: 4914 EUR (950 E pending withdrawal + 3964 E from betcart balance) to registered Skrill address as I used this method for deposits.
