A week after account verified my €25 withdrawal is still pending


I made a Skrill withdrawal request for 25 euro on Feb 23rd 2017.
4 days no email from them so I sent them email why withdrawal still pending.
So they finally replied you need to send documents to verify account.

I sent and my documents were approved on Feb 27th 2017 but 2 days later still no money.
So sent them email again why now you still not process withdrawal request.
And their answer - we want also to call you on your mobile to also do phone verification.

Then they send email "we called you but you were not available" but I did not get any missed call notification so I doubt they truly called me.

So I answer email OK call me now and 3 days nothing then send me email on Sunday afternoon on Mar 5th 2017 that they called me and asking me what time is appropriate time to call me again so I will be available on phone.
Then I replied OK call me on Monday, Mar 6th 2017 between 1pm to 6pm GMT or give me phone number who to call in your company to get this phone verification done.

And they not called or send email with phone number who do I call.

By what I read on your betcart page no other client had to do phone verification yet they keep claiming they calling me when my phone is off but I get no missed call notification and they not want to provide phone number who do I call to get this sort out.

All in all this looks like they not want to pay out and we are talking about delaying for extra week a 25 euro withdrawal request - after I sent them 2 documents and 2 Skrill account screenshots!!!

I wouldn't even file a complaint for 25 euro normally but I want to warn other gamblers not to deal with such shady gambling company.
