I was mislead and plainly lied to by their support PRIOR to making a deposit to claim welcome bonus. Support told me that I will be able to wager my bonus both in Amatic and Novomatic slots. After I deposited, all of those games are unavailable and the games which are available are just impossible to get through the wager. That is how I just lost ~300 EUR.

For every statement above I do have original transcripts of conversations with support on my e-mail. This is unacceptable. The support is acting like bots. What is even more grotesque about this, the day after I contacted support again and some other person presented me with opposite statement: Novomatic games are not available for me :) STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO.

It was some time back, probably somewhere earlier this year, or very late last year, that one of may darlings in Askgamblers sent me a link to this casino, with an unattractive free 5 EUR no-deposit offer. Ah, what the heck, I said to myself. A free 5 EUR is still free money, so why waste it, right? Yeah, so I decided to register and take up the offer in the end.

The registration went smoothly, happy to say, got my email validated, completed my profile, but the free 5 EUR no-deposit bonus money was still nowhere to be seen. Checking my account for any unactivated bonus was futile too. Damn, yet another one of those casinos that promised something for free, yet won't even give it after the registration was done. I couldn't get any assistance at all on this matter, not from the Live Chat service, and not from the Customer Support via email either. Not a single reply or clarification came back to me, so I was actually happy that I didn't make deposit at the casino that day.

Months later, I came to know that 77Jackpot Casino had been blacklisted, for using fake games, and the reviews by members also mentioned the same thing. Oh boy! This was one more lucky break for me, another blessing in disguise, which saved me from losing my money at the casino. Well, I have always believed that if something doesn't work out right the first time around, then there must certainly be something wrong about it, and here's the proof! Not the first time of such happenings for me, but has happened quite a number of times already.

If this casino has not been blacklisted, then I would certainly have many things to complain about. Damn poor Customer Support, damn poor Live Chat service, indifference from the casino, missing important restriction terms in their T&C, and so forth. Now that it's been blacklisted, no need for me to complain either. Just learn from it and forget about it, hehehe.

I deposited 25 euros as I was excited to see the range of Novomatic slots that yo never see in a casino that allows UK residents.
