Hi, I have recently won 1000€ and have been trying to withdraw for over one month. I played 7.3.18 100€ + bonus. 9.3.18 my documents was verified and i made a withdraw. 18.3.18 withdraw was accepted. And then nothing happened. I chat few times and was told "no worries, your money is coming, it takes time", 13.4.18 was latest chat and i got email address suppor[email protected]7jackpot.com. I sent email 13.4.18 to ask the situation and got an answer 13.3.18: "double-check your bank details". I sent 13.4.18 few focusing of my bank (address number and branch number). I got an answer 13.4.18 that my issue is forwarded to the relevant department and it will be checked soon. 17.4.18 I sent an email and asked the situation, no answer. 22.4.18 I sent an other email about the situation, no answer. Is there anything to do about my issue?
