Virtual Games
VixCasino is split into two main sections: the euroClub casino powered by World Match, and the euroStars casino powered by NetEnt.
In the euroClub section, players will find a large assortment of World Match’s flagship HD graphics slots. These games come in a variety of themes and pay structures, and there’s a good variety of bonus features as well. Among the most popular titles are the Archibald series, Horror Castle slot, Diamond Croupier slot, Bikini Beach slot, and Polar Adventure slot. This part of the casino also offers a wide selection of Roulette, Craps, Hi-Lo, Blackjack, and video poker games.
The euroStars section features many of the games that have made NetEnt one of the most well-liked software platforms around, from Starburst slot and Evolutio slot to Neon Staxx slot and Aliens slot. It also features a plethora of table games like Single Deck Blackjack Pro, Oasis Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Baccarat, plus four standard video poker games.
Mobile Games
Many of VixCasino’s most popular slots and games can be played on mobile devices. This does not require an app download, and virtually all HTML5-compliant mobile browsers are compatible with the casino. This includes the majority of iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, as well as some other leading devices.
Support
VixCasino does a good job of providing players with fast, efficient service. Agents are available 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 CET, and players have their choice of several contact methods. Live chat and Skype provide free, instant support for English-speaking players. An international phone number is another option. Email/online contact form assistance is also available, especially for players who prefer to speak in French, Czech, German, or Slovak.
Security and Fairness
Players at VixCasino are protected with the industry standard SSL encryption. This technology converts any sensitive data, such as passwords and financial credentials, into unreadable text that no one can decode. This prevents anyone from being able to read such information and exploiting player accounts.
All of the games at VixCasino have met the rigorous auditing requirements of both SKL and GLI, two highly respected independent auditing organisations. These tests show that all of the games use a genuinely fair RNG (random number generator) and are statistically sound.
Vix casino is one of the latest added casinos here and so far I hadn't heard about them, so I was a little surprised to see that they were established on 2008. They are a sister site to EurocasinoBet casino, which I have played before and didn't have any bad experiences. They have 2 software providers, one is my favorite Netent and second is World Match, which I am not really familiar with.
First of all, I visited their site and started to speak with live support, to see if they had any no deposits for new members. Support told me there was only 100% match bonus and an interesting thing was that since I am a member at their sister site, I didn't have to register new account, I could just use my details here as well. Welcome bonus had 55x bonus wagering and that was too high, so I just logged in with my Eurocasinobet details, it worked, and then made a 20€ deposit from Skrill and went to play Jack and The Beanstalk.
I played with minimum bets and I had some decent winnings, respin features came very often and gave many times 20x bet winnings. In less than 100 spins I triggered free spins feature that paid 50x bet. After this feature I increased bets to 0.40€ but it seemed like a bad decision, as I started to lose quickly, and when my balance was under 10€, I decided to play Dead or Alive, because of the minimum stake. First free spins feature came after around 120 spins and paid me 20x bet size win. I had regular winnings and my balance hadn't changed at all, and soon I received second free spins round, this time I had 3 outlaws and less than 20x bet win. After that the next 200 spins were with small regular winnings, but without any features, so I decided to change the game and went to Flowers slot. With 0.30€ bets I played for about twenty minutes, didn't get any decent win or bonus round so at the end I bust.
Overall I think Vix casino is a decent casino. Game selection was good, support assistance was very professional, my only criticism is for the bonuses, they should offer more bonuses with lower wagering requirements. I rate them with 7/10.
