They do everything to avoid processing withdrawals. This is literally thé worst casino to cash out money. I used hundreds of online casinos and I can guarantee this one is a living hell to withdraw. The Finance department is worthless and they lie and don't follow their own schedule. It takes weeks or months of daily e-mails and harassing live chat to get one withdrawal! And the withdrawal limit for New users is 500€ even if you deposit 10k. To withdrawal, 10k would take 1 year!!!

Asked for withdrawal on Saturday, they told me that financial service working only Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 and that they need 3 days for processing, now is Thursday (4. working day) and still not a word of them, when contact support on live chat it's like I'm getting copy/paste answer every time.
Now they are telling me that my withdrawal will be paid on 13.9. Do that would be 10 days after I asked for withdrawal. 10 days!!
Here they are claiming that pending period is 24 hours and I will wait for 10 days.
