The only positive thing I can say about this casino is its easy to navigate. I am not sure the live chat is 24/7 as I was asked to leave messages that were never replied too.
I would advise players to read the fine print as verified here does not mean the same as other casinos.
I was verified and tried to make a withdrawal but it was denied with no explanation. After several emails I was asked for more documents which I supplied and was still denied a withdrawal.
I opened a complaint on ask gamblers and wintopia falsely claimed I had not submitted documents. I did not submit any more documents but was suddenly approved, presumably as they realized they had my documents.
Poor casino, very poor customer relations.
