Withdrawal denied several times

I am fully verified with Wintopia Casino but keep getting withdrawals denied.

I was told credit card withdrawal is not possible and I had to make an Interac deposit to be able to withdraw via Interac which I duly did. My withdrawal was denied and I was asked for more bank details, transit no, etc, again I provided all this and was still denied.

I am now being asked to provide the same documents that I have already provided in my approved verification.

I believe this is a stalling tactic to delay my withdrawal.

Kindly be informed that we have been provided with valid evidence that the complainant's casino account had not been fully verified at the time of complaint's publishing, something out team was not informed by the player. Therefore we came to understanding the player's original claim was not justified and we have no other option but to mark its status as Rejected.
