Winspark is one of the new casinos here on AskGamblers. I didn't know anything about them, I just had heard their name a little before. But since they have Netoplay software and they weren't well known, I didn't bother and did not think of signing up there. When they landed on AskGamblers I saw they offer 5$ no deposit sign up bonus and I like freebies, so I visited them.

First of all, their lobby and overall look reminded me of loto and bingo sites, everything was so colorful and in my opinion, looked a little unsophisticated. Then I tried to register but for some reason that didn't work. It was a fast registration where you need to write your email, nickname, password and then you'll be directed to further registration etc. I wrote my usual details, but the email seemed to be not valid, so I had to put my "gmail" email (I never use it for casinos) which was the only one that was valid, that was odd.In the meantime, I contacted live support, to ask about this. I told the email I use and support told me that it should have worked, should have been valid. I also asked maybe they didn't allow residents from my country but I was told that I could play there. I asked about their bonuses and I was told that I could receive 25€ bonus on top of my deposit.

Everything was fine, I received validation mail. Then I had to register my full address, and when I chose my country and saved the registration application, I got a message that players from my country are not supported.I immediately asked chat about this to which I received an answer : "the connection from Latvia is not authorized for this moment". I asked for long it would be and then I received another surprising answer :"Please try later, maybe a few months".

I was really disappointed in the overall experience I had. The only good thing was that support worked really fast and was easy to contact, besides that, all I felt was disappointment. I didn't like the lobby look, information from support wasn't professional because at first I was given one answer, a few moments later a completely different one. Even if I could, after all this I wouldn't play there.

This casino runs Netoplay software. Netoplay for me is completely unknown. However, WinsPark Casino offers 5 EUR bonus without deposit and that is a great opportunity to try some of the games of this software provider. After the registration, 5 Euro were instantly added to my casino account.

They offer bingo games, slot games and scratch card. I decided to try the slot games. But Netoplay slot games are far from what I call slot games. WinsPark Casino is casino I joined maybe 8 months ago. They are not so newly casino, actually pretty decent time online, since 2008 and have some Cyprus licence, which honestly I am not so familiar with it.
