Nothing, they don’t follow the terms and conditions set out for UK websites. Doesn’t offer a sportsbook, poor website, poor customer service. Poor all round.
They’ve asked for additional verification (after already verifying) and are withholding a withdrawal requested before they asked which is obviously against the gambling commissions advice of not withholding a withdrawal whilst requesting verification that could have been requested sooner. Just another highway site that makes you jump through silly hoops to get what yours. Avoid.
