Account Closure Non Compliance

I requested that my account be closed multiple times in June due to gambling addiction. They have since reopened my account and I lost money because of this. They did not honor the request for permanent closure due to addiction. I had to ask more than 6 times originally and also sent a request that they confirm permanent closure. I also told them if it was not permanent closure I would be submitting a complaint. They also tried to give me a 300 dollar bonus which I refused and just wanted the account closed.
