I appreciate that the website layout is clear and it was easy to find the deposit and bonus information, but my experience with the pending deposit issue has been negative.
Deposit removed from balance and left “pending” – no resolution
Review:
I deposited at VipCasino.online on 12 December 2025 using my Revolut card to claim their 300% welcome bonus. The payment went through instantly on my bank side, the funds appeared in my casino balance, and I even received a successful deposit notification. Shortly after, the money and bonus were removed from my balance, and in my account history, the same deposit is now only shown as “Pending”, even though the card transaction is fully completed and the money has left my bank.
I contacted the casino support several times through their live chat system over the next two days. Each time, I provided all details (amount, exact time, payment method) and explained that my bank showed the payment as completed. I never received a clear explanation, any request for verification documents, or a concrete timeframe. My balance stayed at 0 while my deposit remained stuck as “Pending”.
I then sent a more formal complaint to the casino and gave them a final deadline to either credit the deposit with the correct bonus or refund the full amount. They still did not resolve the issue or respond properly. Because of this, I have filed a dispute with Revolut for “service not provided” and reported the case to the Curaçao Gaming Authority using the licence details listed in the casino’s own terms.
In my experience, this casino has taken my money, removed it from my playable balance, and failed to fix the problem or communicate transparently within a reasonable time. Until they can show they handle player funds and complaints properly, I cannot recommend depositing here.
