The fine-print on the bonus terms provided on Vegaz Casino's website, combined with unadvertised restrictions for players from various countries, meant that I could only play 2 games out of over 100 attempts at different games. Vegaz Casino's support was no help, I requested a list of games that I could play and they refused. When I asked for a refund (after playing $5 before realising that there were no more than two games that I could find to play with the bonus) VegazCasino refused. They referred me to non-specific fine-print in their generic terms. In my experience, this is extremely unprofessional. Casinos that have such extensive restrictions on their games when playing with a bonus, should at least make the bare minimum of effort to ensure that their players don't have deposits trapped in their casino ecosystem. Vegaz Casino made no attempt to inform the player of the extensiveness of the restrictions on games that can be played under the severe bonus and additional country restrictions on games. After my experience with VegazCasino, I regret gambling with them at all.
