Very enticing bonuses, but that is about it. Range of games is very restricted, but half of the games that I could play were good. Customer service can be very responsive.
The fine-print on the bonus terms provided on Vegaz Casino's website, combined with unadvertised restrictions for players from various countries, meant that I could only play 2 games out of over 100 attempts at different games. Vegaz Casino's support was no help, I requested a list of games that I could play and they refused. When I asked for a refund (after playing $5 before realising that there were no more than two games that I could find to play with the bonus) VegazCasino refused. They referred me to non-specific fine-print in their generic terms. In my experience, this is extremely unprofessional. Casinos that have such extensive restrictions on their games when playing with a bonus, should at least make the bare minimum of effort to ensure that their players don't have deposits trapped in their casino ecosystem. Vegaz Casino made no attempt to inform the player of the extensiveness of the restrictions on games that can be played under the severe bonus and additional country restrictions on games. After my experience with VegazCasino, I regret gambling with them at all.

However, please know that when you signed-up you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. In our T&C, it is clearly stated which games are forbidden when playing with active bonus. Furthermore, we are just hosting games from more than 40 different game providers and the country restrictions are set by providers directly, not the casino.
I read the chat you had with our support agents. Your complaint was about the games that you cannot play with active bonus and support agents informed you that with active bonus you cannot play some of the games and that list of games is in our bonus Terms and Conditions (clause 1.16).
Lastly, please know that no refund can be issued once deposit (including bonus) has been played.

I've been playing at Vegaz casino since the beginning of May. I paid out around €3,200 and deposited around €2,000. So around €1,200 profit. The site looks really good visually, all games run without any problems! Payouts (mine) were always paid out within 24 hours! Without problems. Support is really very nice!
The only negative thing I find about the casino is that you have to send the documents to the finance department by email for verification instead of being able to upload them to your account. It would be so much easier where documents would be approved or rejected with a green tick or red cross. It would also be very good if the player could see for themselves that the account is verified. The finance department and support can see it, but the players can't, which I find stupid. Therefore 2 points deducted because of the two little things that are actually not worth mentioning! Overall, for me it is currently the best casino where I stay.
