My first try on this Casino was fine but today I knew that all Vave want is to take your money by all ways. Great appareance, great menu and fast deposits but at what cost.
I got my account blocked for “duplicated accounts” and got a ridiculous compensation after that. I won 0,05 BTC and deposited almost 0,04. After that consideration of having duplicated accounts, my balance is 0,002 BTC.
The accusation is not trusted as they don’t want to give me details. TrustPilot is already a shame so this page is clearly not recommended.

If it weren't for Vave, I would probably still be looking for conventional platforms with card deposits. Crypto is very convenient, both for depositing and withdrawing, and takes much less time. **Vave Casino is a Scam**
Hello,
I would like to share my experience with Vave Casino.
I played there for about six months. I made larger deposits but also a few smaller withdrawals, which were processed without issues (in the range of $50–$100).
The problem arose after a significant win and my subsequent attempt to withdraw. I started with approximately **0.07 ETH**, and after two days, my wallet balance grew to about **0.49 ETH**. I then attempted a smaller withdrawal to verify my wallet for transfers. The next day, my withdrawals were canceled, and my account balance was reduced.
Shortly after, I received an email stating that I had violated one of their internal rules (1.5.), and my winnings (which were earned across several different slots) were reduced to just the initial deposit (**0.07 ETH**).
The rule does exist, and I don’t dispute that. However, its enforceability is questionable.
The rule states that during active bonuses, larger wins or bets on bonus slots are not allowed. I did not violate this rule, as I have all the gameplay recorded, and at no point during any bonus game was the rule breached (it seems impossible to do so).
When I sought clarification from customer support, I only received generic responses, likely from an AI, and the issue was not resolved.
Even if I were to overlook the entire situation, they at least owe me the following, which I also sent to their support team:

That's why I would like to warn all of you: do not play at this casino under any circumstances. I’m curious to see if anyone from the casino will respond.
I admit I messed up—I should have done better research beforehand. However, after looking into it further following this issue, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had such problems.
