Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Vave Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I’ve sent all the screenshots which proved that I didn’t received nothing from Vave casino. I kindly asked them to sent me the details that Uphold is asking so they can search the transaction in the blockchain which they didn’t provide. The only thing they provided is the transaction hashtag which is not good for Uphold. They need more details so they can search for the transaction and try to find it.
I don’t think I’m the one who is not cooperating here.
If they would’ve sent the transaction as normal as other casinos we wouldn’t be here today.
