Vavada Casino - They canceled my payment

About a week ago i ve won in vavada casino 430 euros and after withdrawal request they blocked my account and cancelled my withdrawal for reason of cancelling my deposits previously on vavada but I ve never made any operations with cancelling deposits on vavada and never got any payments back after making a deposits on vavada casino.

Vavada Casino - Waiting for my withdrawal for weeks

The funds never reached my bank account. I have repeatedly provided full bank statements as proof that the money was not received.

Despite this, for the past several weeks, the support team has kept telling me to wait for the “payments team” and continues asking me for the same information over and over again, without any progress or resolution.

I believe I have been patient and cooperative, but the lack of transparency and repeated delays are unacceptable. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in helping me receive my rightful withdrawal of 3800 from Vavada Casino.

And I have every proof they promised me a refund, and I have proof of everything that the money never came through. I have statements from the bank, no money came through

Played Vavada casino, Valleys of the Gods game.

I had on the balance 40 euros and I won 340, then my balance is now 380 euros.

I continue playing and I see the balance straight go to 80 euros. Then I think a mistake and I start refreshing the page, and the balance starts jumping up and down, goes to 15 euros, then 3 euros, then again 15 euros, and in the end the balance goes to 0.12 euros.

I wrote a complaint at Vavada live chat. They answer, I use balance in bet. This is not true, I don’t even change the game.

I go to this game history, I make a bet of 1 euro, and from a 380 euros balance, go straight to 80, and after to 0.12 euros.

I had an account at vavada casino which I used for over a year. Once when I tried to withdraw, I saw that I could not find Palestine as my country. So I sent them an email and told them I am from Palestine and it is not listed, they replied back saying” you can choose any country “!

I recently figured out that it is a prohibited country! So I contacted them. They accused me of having duplicate accounts and they refused to refund although they are the ones who created a duplicate account for me because i also used to work as an affiliate for them. Now they refuse to refund me or pay me any of my winnings.

They also refuse to provide any information regarding their license.

First they allowed me to play from a restricted country and they told me "It's okay you can choose any country".

Then they tell me to create multiple accounts. (I already told them I have an account but they deleted it and created a new account, check the screenshots please).

I need your help. Is this legal? How can we stop such acts? And please let all the gamblers know about this issue.

Now I am asking you to help me get my refund of my winnings of 1370$ in total

Vavada Casino - Vavada accepts Players from restricted countries

Dear Team, in August 2022 I registered an Account at Vavada Casino. While registering, I only Had to Set a password, the Nickname given by them, e-mail address and the country I live in. This year in December 2022 I made my first deposit at them, a total of 725€. The luck wasn't mine and I searched for some responsible gaming settings. When I ready the due terms an conditions, I recognized Point 4.4 which says that players from Germany are not allowed to register and that german transactions do not proceed. While registering, IT was Not possible to See, that my Country IS restricted, I could select Germany as my country in the list. I don't know why they give you the possibility to choose a land which is not allowed to play, normally when you try to register in a Casino which don't allow your country IT says Access restricted when you visit the page, or there is no possibility to choose your country during registration, so you recognize that you are not allowed. But there was No Chance to See and even If they say, they don't proceed German transactions, they did Take 725€ from me, against their own Terms and conditions. They should not have allowed me to Register or even Not allowed the Transactions.

I asked them to Close my Account (which they did) and refund my deposits, but they only said IT IS my fault, I have to Check the restricted countries. In my mind, this is unfair and Not correct, they we're Not allowed to accept me AS a Player neither to accept my deposits.

Where to start - there's so many things wrong in this casino... Support answer time is even up to 1 hour and sometimes even they just leave you on read and disconnect. Support answers are arrogant and careless... they dont care whats the problem, they will just copy answer from script, which does not even included phrases like sorry, apologies, thank you etc.
Talking about their loyality Bonus reward system - automated system. It has awarded me twice - once with 10 eur and second time with 30 eur.... While i wasnt making any withdraws and lost around 3-5k ... it's just really really bad system.
And about their withdraw process, i had an oppurtunity to try it only once and what the hell - i requested withdraw and it was in pending status for around 18 hours - after that, they sent me a message that i need to send in some verification document (all good with that) and then again i waiting for around 24 hour when my withdraw request was approved. This is such a bad practice to keep withdraw in pending for so long time.

Just to summarize - if you have a chance to gamble elsewhere - trust me and go elsewhere! :)

The interface is easy and understandable. I have an interesting observation, every day between 05:00-06:00 in the morning according to Turkey time, the games of the EGT-AMUSNET provider constantly freeze. Other than that, I did not experience any problems with the games.

You have to wait too long for the withdrawal. There is a provider called EGT-AMUSNET but most of their games are not available. When you send an email to the customer service representative, the answer comes very late. Unfortunately, the live support is insufficient. This is unacceptable for me. Sorry, but there are more minuses for me, I hope they solve these problems, I would like to visit again.

Fast withdrawals and good choice of games, many deposit and withdrawal methods is very nice. Free tournaments are also a big plus for them. Also status system is nice.

The biggest minus is their support who can't even answer simple question in 2 business days. And there is the „automatic bonus system”, but you wont get any bonus from it.
I deposited like 700-800 euros in 2 weeks, wagered like 2k, got 2 status level ups but I can't get anything because I made a withdrawal for like 50€. It's sad.
So you got only these status program as a reward for being active there.

I only say nothing cause this was my second deposit. But I liked it here the first time I played. I lost but they had good games. They seemed to not know how crypto works cause when I gave the hash he sent me what I'd already given then by the next day my funds were magically gone.

Well, I don't like there 30 min waits in support.
I don't like that my deposit was stolen due to them losing it overnight when I needed to wait for support but when I brought the tag and hash they said my deposit wasn't to them but I cut and paste and only made it 2 deposits with crypto so they have to have it. But support isn't helpful at all like a most scummy rip-off casino.
If not for the theft of my deposit I'd have 4ated them a 7 or 8 but now 1*. Hard to write 150 words over them stealing my deposit. It's 13$ but any casino that steals 12 doesn't expect to get a real win paid out. They join the ranks with wild sultan 1200 not paid, casino universe 550$ tandiers 200$ you get the point.
